For a while now, I've been in discussions about partnering with like-minded souls to create a specialty consulting outfit. Our focus will be the creation of strategic enterprise management roadmaps for organizations, and the implementation of the same.
I'm always looking for people to connect with, assuming that there are very many people with the requisite knowledge, the differentiator will be the network(s) that we bring.
When I look back at my last few postings, they have a lot to do with this acpect, particularly the 'geese' posting. And then there was the time I was boning up on estimation. And then MindMaps. And then, ...etc etc
